2. This Code applies to all occupational therapists, regardless of how they practice their professional activities or the circumstances in which they practice them.
The duties and obligations set forth in this Code, the Professional Code (chapter C-26) and all regulations governing its application remain the same even if occupational therapists practice their professional activities within a company or partnership.
